Our home base is American Fork, ZIP 84003, at 831 E 340 S. From there the dispatch line, (385) 988-9410, sends crews to four neighboring Utah County towns, and you can call it at (385) 988-9410 from any of them. Each has its own page because the water problems differ from one to the next, from mountain creeks and foothill lots to canal networks and newer subdivisions, and you can reach any of them 24/7.
American Fork
In American Fork we cover the whole city, from the historic downtown near Robinson Park to the neighborhoods that reach Utah Lake. The city runs its own culinary water and a pressurized irrigation system, and the American Fork River carries spring runoff from April through June 1. Our home page explains what that means for local homes.
Pleasant Grove
Pleasant Grove uses ZIP 84062. Homes near the Battle Creek and Grove Creek trailheads sit closest to the mountain, and the city warns that freezing breaks irrigation pipes.
Lehi
Lehi uses ZIP 84043. It is a fast-growing city with many newer homes and a drainage network that includes Dry Creek and the Murdock Canal.
Lindon
Lindon uses ZIP 84042. Its irrigation season, ditch network and mid-November shutdown steps are covered on its page.
Alpine
Alpine uses ZIP 84004. Foothill terrain, creek-fed irrigation and large lots shape its water problems.
How dispatch decides who goes where
A call is routed by street address, not by town name alone, because Utah County streets repeat across city lines. Give the full address and the city, and dispatch checks which crew is closest and available. When several calls come in at once, for example after a hard freeze or a heavy runoff week, the most urgent water loss goes first.
That is why we describe same-day response as available when crews are available and never as a fixed arrival time. A burst pipe flooding a finished basement is handled ahead of a slow stain on a ceiling, and the person on the phone will tell you where your job falls.
Water problems that cross town lines
Several water sources do not stop at a city boundary. Spring runoff from the canyons feeds channels that pass through more than one town, and every city in this area runs a seasonal pressurized irrigation system that is shut off for winter and turned on again in spring. Sprinkler lines that were not drained can crack in a freeze, and the leak shows up months later when the system is pressurized.
Each town page lists the steps its own city asks residents to take. The advice differs slightly, so read the page for the town where the house sits. For the work itself, the services page explains each stage from extraction to rebuild.
Before you call, know these
- The full street address and the city, not just a neighborhood name
- Whether the water is still running and whether you have shut off the supply
- Which floors are wet, and whether any ceilings are sagging
- Whether the water came from clean supply lines, a sewer or drain, or outside runoff
- Your insurer's name, if you plan to file a claim
Water sources that differ by town
| Town | ZIP | Local topics on its page |
|---|---|---|
| Pleasant Grove | 84062 | Mountain creeks, city-run culinary and secondary water, winter pipe freezing |
| Lehi | 84043 | Dry Creek, the canal network, newer subdivisions and basement finishes |
| Lindon | 84042 | Service-box valve at the meter, ditch flooding, mid-November shutdown |
| Alpine | 84004 | Creek-fed pressurized irrigation, foothill lots, geologic hazard overlays |
American Fork itself uses ZIP 84003. If you are unsure which ZIP applies to your street, check a postal lookup or the address on a recent bill, because a few streets sit close to a boundary.
What if your town is not listed?
Call (385) 988-9410 anyway. Dispatch decides based on your address and the crews available, and we will tell you honestly if we cannot reach you in a useful time. We do not list a town unless we can serve it.
What to expect from any call
The scope and price are explained before work starts. We offer same-day response when available and do not promise exact arrival times. For service details, see our services page, including water mitigation and mold remediation.
